Laurence Helas, after sales manager Establishments Paisse
« Five-star product and service »
With three facilities in Wandre, Wandre Fléron and Fléron, 60 people employed and 1,000 vehicles sold each year, Paisse is a well-known car dealer in Liège region.
Specializing in VW (including commercial vehicles), Audi and Skoda, the company has three workshops and a body repair shop approved by all brands. The garage has acquired four Ceteor boosters that are used in many applications.
Testimony of Laurence Helas, After Sales Manager: «Each of our workshops is equipped with a Ceteor booster. The boosters are used regularly, especially when it comes to attend the battery of cars or vehicles at the end of leasing period, which are sometimes detained for several months on our car parks. Another context in which Ceteor boosters make wonders: troubleshooting missions. Indeed, thanks to the boosters, it is no longer necessary to move a tow truck with all equipment and related staff: one mechanic and his booster are enough to restart the breakdown vehicle in any situation. In a garage, at the bottom of a ramp, in the middle of nowhere ... ».
« Time savings and productivity gains are obviously considerable, » says Laurence Helas.
« I was immediately seduced by the design, ergonomics and modernity of the products, but also by the boosters’ suitability to the smallest details of automotive professionals’ needs: The long and flexible cables , curved clamps with LED lighting ... » adds Mrs. Helas. And she reports: « I heard a lot about the latest in Ceteor range, the Propulstation. No doubt it will be a hit because the Propulstation works, thanks to its integrated charging station at full power continuously, ensuring successful start-ups, in any situation.
Finally, concludes Laurence Helas, «for having been in contact with the technical team, I can only praise the quality of service and advice that the Ceteor team gives to its customers. »
For the first time we will be exhibiting at the show Helitech in London. This will be the opportunity to present our full range of auxiliary ground units for helicopters and planes.
